This person manages the Core aspects of the IB Diploma Programme, and is the member of staff who has oversight of the progress of IBDP students in these areas.

Hannah Holt: joined Parkside as an English teacher in 2014. She has worked with the 16-19 age group for a number of years in the capacity of IB English teacher, EE Supervisor, UCAS Advisor and Year 12 Learning Mentor. Hannah’s role at Parkside Sixth as IBDP coordinator involves overseeing the IB diploma programme and the progress made by all IB diploma students. Hannah is also responsible for overseeing the Core elements on the IB Diploma Programme: Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and the Creativity, Activity, Service project (CAS). |
Subject Teachers
Your teachers will run your weekly lessons, but are also available for extra support via email, clubs and drop-in sessions.
Learning Mentor
Your Learning Mentor will meet with you regularly to discuss your progress. They will support you in completing the CAS programme and monitor your achievement in your lessons. Your Learning Mentor will also support you with your employment and Higher Education applications.
Administrators
The Parkside Sixth Admin team offer day-to-day administrative support and guidance. They are always available to answer any questions you might have.

Jo Cesaro Sixth Form Administrator
Jo provides a customer focussed administrative and reception service to all users and visitors to the Sixth Form. She has worked in education for over fifteen years, providing support and assist with a variety or request / issues, updating student files, and working closely with the Attendance Officer. As our Sixth Form Event Coordinator Jo enjoys helping students to fundraise for our Year 13s Proms and various causes. Jo is a qualified ‘Designated Person for Child Protection’ and a First Aider for the Sixth Form. |
